Counseling Fees

I provide 55 minutes therapy sessions for $145

I accept: 

• Cigna and Optum/oxford in NY.

• Carefirst, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHC /Optum in VA.

• BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHC in TX.

If not on your insurance, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network billing. Therapy is an eligible expense for HSA accounts. I'm happy to walk you through the process and can help you explore your private pay options.
